At Kosha, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
As many of our products are made in batches or to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Minor variations in color, texture, or weave are natural to the material and not considered defects.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
Refunds
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the amount will be transferred to the bank account shared by you.
Please allow 5–7 working days after approval for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
